Tapas starter to share, steak & chips, chocolate fondue at The Library Restaurant, Norwich. I went to Norfolk for the weekend for a friend's birthday and booked a table here for dinner- a converted old library that has turned into a restaurant. Very nice interior and the food was very good! The steak was cooked well and I like that it was served on a chopping board.
